The presence of high temperatures (up to 250°C), high loads, moisture, acid and alkaline vapours coming from phosphating and bounder coating tanks, frequently causes conveyors failure in the automotive and textile industries and in painting plants.
MOLYguard ERRE 19 is able to improve lubrication efficiency and to provide the longest conveyors life with the least frequent application, much longer intervals between maintenance and minimum downtime.
To do its job, MOLYguard ERRE 19 possess the following characteristics:
- good oiliness and lubricity;
- lack of carbonaceous deposits;
- ability to carry heavy loads;
- stability to oxidation;
- protection against rust and corrosion;
- high thermal stability and high viscosity index;
- good detergency.
APPLICATION METHOD
MOLYguard ERRE 19 meets both manual and automatic output requirements.
Thanks to its excellent detergency and washing off effect ensuring a good cleaning and lubrication of chains and bearings, MOLYguard ERRE 19 can be also applied without previous surface cleaning from the other lubricant deposits (also carbonaceous).
In this case the running for some hours of unloaded conveyor is recommended in order to avoid the contamination by the removed dirt and deposits.
